Our prices include 10% government tax
Low season : 225 € day
High season : April & July 275 € day
Peak season : 20 Dec to 6 Jan and all of August 300 € day
Booking : 30 % non refundable deposit to confirm booking
Balance must be paid one week before arrival
Daily rate of villas, unless clearly stated in the villa description, usually includes the following:
Everyday house cleaning,
garden and pool maintenance
laundry
water, gas, electricity consumption
Internet connection
The 2 first gallons of drinking water
Continental breakfast on first day
Government tax 10%
Service not included in daily rate
- Police report around 25000 rp per passport
- Drinking water (from the third gallon)
- Airport pick up
- Drinks, meals, baby sitting, car o motorbike rental, or any other service not listed on the invoice. These services are available with a fee.

At the time of reservation, a pre-booking form will be sent by Internet stating

Full amount
The amount of the non-refundable deposit to be paid, which will be 30% of the total amount.
The date by which the balance has to be paid (at the latest, forty five days before arrival date)
This form must be approved, signed and returned with bank statement of fund transfer.
On reception of deposit Tripadvisor Bali will send a booking confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Daily rate is in EURO
All bank charges are to be paid by the client. When writing the bank transfer order, clients must make sure this is stated.
Make sure to write the name of the villa and dates of stay in the money transfer form, under message or motive so we can easily trace your payment .
The police report requested by the government must be paid by the client, it is not included in the daily rate. In 2011 this formality costs 25000 rupiah per passport.
MEANS OF PAYMENT:
All payments will be done by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed between the client and Tripadvisor Bali. The bank details will be found on the invoice.
