All villas on this web site are managed by TripadvisorBali.com. This company located in Bali, is in charge of the general supervision and maintenance of the villas, so as to guarantee the comfort , hygiene, and service as described in the web site. Tripadvisorbali is also in charge of the booking calendar, enquiries, welcoming guests, and checking that all runs smoothly in the villa during the stay.

Our clients will be in touch with the same people from their first inquiry to their departure from Bali.

Our staff is very dedicated, they always try and answer the guest’s needs or requests with a smile. Their aim is to make your stay as beautiful as their island.



In order to choose the right villa for you, it is strongly advised to fill in the request form, especially the parts concerning the number of adults and children, sharing beds or requesting an extra bed or a baby cot. Most bedrooms are equipped with queen or king size beds. TripadvisorBali will check that your choice of villa meets your requirements exactly, and if not will suggest an alternative.

Once the choice of villa is final, TripadvisorBali will send a pre-booking form and invoice by email. The client must approve, sign the form, and return it by email with the bank document, stating that 30% of the full amount has been transferred to our bank .

As soon as this form is received byTripadvisorBali, the villa will be removed from sales and kept for the client. The booking will be confirmed on reception of the deposit.

During high and peak season, bookings come in very quickly. Sometimes a villa may be available at the time the client is en quiring but no longer by the time the client decides to book. In which case, TripadvisorBali will try and offer an alternative.



Normally checking in is after 2 pm and check out before 12 am. But villas try and adapt to plane schedules

Checking in:

Morning check-in may be possible if the villa is available, at no extra charge. If the villa is not available, TripadvisorBali staff will do their best to accommodate guests while waiting for the villa. It is most important to inform TripadvisorBali of arrival time so that arrangements can be made.

Checking out

In case of late flights, if the villa is not expecting new guests immediately, guests will be allowed to remain in the villa at the following conditions

Until 4pm : no extra charge

Until 8 pm : half a day will be charged

Later than 8 pm : a full day will be charged

Transport from and to the airport are available at a fee, they are not included in the daily rate.



Requests are automatically canceled if deadline is not respected for the payment of the deposit. No compensations for loss of booking will be received.

Bookings are canceled automatically if the balance is not paid on time. The deposit will not be refunded.

Clients wishing to cancel:

All cancellations must be sent in writing.

Cancellation fees will apply as follow:

More than 45 days before arrival : deposit not refunded

Cancellation between 44 and 31 days before the due arrival date: 70% of total amount is due to villa

Cancellation between 30 days and the due arrival date: total amount is due to villa.

It is strongly advised to purchase  a travel insurance covering accommodation cancellation



Guests arriving one or more days later than due date, whatever the circumstances : the full amount of stay is due, therefore claims for refunds will not be taken into account.

Changing dates: for bookings done at least six months ahead of arrival date, dates may be modified provided the villa is still available on the new dates. New dates might imply a different daily rate A new invoice will be issued, which will need approval and signature of clients. No changes can be accepted in high and peak season.



Guests are expected to leave the villa as orderly and clean as they have found it on arrival. Guests will be charged for breakage, or disappearance of articles belonging to the villa. Villa owners are entitled to ask guests to leave the villa immediately and without any refund in case of excessive noise, disturbing the neighborhood, in case of illegal or dangerous activities, or in case of ill treatment of the staff.

Owners and agents, cannot be held responsible for nuisances not caused by the villa, and on which they have no control : roadworks, construction sites, religious ceremonies, dogs, chickens, or frogs. No claims will be received for such nuisances and no refund will be granted.

Should guests have a complaint about the villa services, the staff should be advised as soon as possible so that TripadvisorBali may try and solve the problem. In case the owner or TripadvisorBali was not able to solve the problem, an alternative will be offered the client. In case the owner and the guest do not reach an agreement, a partial refund of the stay may be considered. In any case, such refund cannot exceed the amount paid by the guest to TripadvisorBali.

No complaint will be considered after the client departure.

THEFTS: There are safety boxes in the villas. No complaint will be received in case articles left outside the safety boxes disappear. Passports, airline tickets, cash, and other valuables must be kept in the safe box.

SECURITY: It is strongly advised not to invite strangers or people prone to illegal activities (drug dealers),  into the villas. It is a threat to present and future guests. Owners and TripadvisorBali are not responsible for eventual problems caused by non reliable visitors.
